01Do you offer training for beginners?
Yes. Our pathways are designed for athletes ages 8–24 across every experience level. The intake assessment in step 3 places each athlete into the right group so nobody is lost or left behind.
02What's the difference between the three tracks?
Training Only covers sports performance sessions. Nutrition Only covers fueling, hydration, and recovery habits. The Full Performance + Nutrition program combines both into one integrated development plan.
03Do parents get visibility into their athlete's progress?
Absolutely. Parents get their own dashboard with attendance, goal progress, session notes, and nutrition guidance. Family involvement is part of the program by design.
04When does enrollment open?
We accept applications on a rolling basis, with group placements at the start of each semester (Fall, Spring, Summer). Earlier applications get priority scheduling and placement.
