Sports Performance
Structured outdoor group training focused on speed, conditioning, agility, and discipline.
What's Included:
- Sports performance group training
- Age & gender-based pathways (8–12, 13–18, 19–24)
- Prep-Panther dynamic warm-up (15 min before each session)
- Structured water breaks (2 standard / 5 summer)
- 3-minute cooldown stretch after every session
- Attendance & progress tracking
- Semester-based scheduling (Fall, Spring, Summer)
- Saturday active recovery & injury prevention
- Sunday group reboot sessions
Athlete Nutrition
