Sports Performance Group Training
Group-based, structured, development-focused training that is age-conscious, field- and track-based, rooted in discipline, and focused on movement, speed, conditioning, and athlete confidence. All training uses outdoor environments with cones, sleds, speed ladders, jump ropes, resistance bands, and speed resistance parachutes.

A dedicated nutrition education pathway that can be enrolled as a standalone track or combined with training for a complete development experience.

Movement Preparation
Every session begins with the Prep-Panther dynamic brand stretch — 15 minutes of purposeful warm-up to focus the athlete and prepare the body.
Speed & Conditioning
Field- and track-based drills using cones, sleds, speed ladders, resistance bands, jump ropes, and speed resistance parachutes.
Hydration & Recovery
Structured water breaks every session. Standard sessions include 2 breaks; summer sessions include 5. Every session ends with a 3-minute cooldown stretch.
Athlete Nutrition
Meal pattern guidance, pre- and post-session fuel education, hydration awareness, and performance-friendly nutrition habits for athletes and families.
Accountability & Progress
Semester-based tracking, attendance monitoring, progress markers, athlete flags, and goal-setting tools to ensure continuous development.
Parent + Instructor Support
Role-based visibility for parents and instructors. Clear communication, scheduling clarity, and operational tools that build trust.
